Fathers day 2009

Hi Ross.

Just a quick note to say thankyou so much for taking my father and my husband on the  Fathers day fishing charter last weekend.
They had an absolute ball, and came back with a decent amount of delicious fish. Even the children thoroughly enjoyed the fish and came back for numerous helpings.

My poor dad was a little tired and unwell- even though he had travel sickness tabs (hehe)- i have told him to man up a little ;-). He is fine now- but never been real good on boats.

We ended up having a bbq at my place afterwards with fish, wedges and salad for dinner. All washed down with a few beers and some nice wine for the women. It was a massive hit!! Our dinner guests thoroughly enjoyed- as did we. I would be interested in some variations for seasoning the fish if you have any tried and true tricks up your sleeve. I mainly stuck to lemon, garlic, parsley butter and lemongrass, wrapped in foil and cooked on the BBQ. Everyone enjoyed and ate untill they were thoroughly stuffed!!

The boys told me you were fantastic, really easy to get along with and very professional. I could tell this already after our phone conversations, so i had no hesitations. Im so happy i chose your charter- and have sent high recommendations on to a few interested parties.

I hope your back is feeling better soon and that things are well with you and your family.
